Shipping policy
Tavdat is committed to providing reliable, transparent, and free shipping services exclusively to our customers within the United States. All orders are processed through our international fulfillment network to ensure quality control and efficient direct-to-consumer delivery.
1. Delivery Area (US Only) At this time, we provide shipping exclusively to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).

Strict Exclusion: We do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, or any APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We do not offer international shipping outside of the USA. Any orders placed with restricted delivery addresses will be automatically canceled and fully refunded.
2. Order Processing Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days. This period includes order verification, quality inspection, and dispatch preparation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Note: Processing time is completely separate from the shipping transit time.
3. Shipping Time & Transit Estimates All packages are dispatched from our international warehouses directly to your US address.

Estimated Transit Time: 5 to 10 business days.

Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6 to 12 business days (Processing Time + Transit Time).

Please note that while we strive to meet these timelines, occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance processes at US ports of entry, carrier operational limits, or peak seasonal volume.
4. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: Free on all orders. There are no minimum purchase requirements or hidden shipping fees at checkout.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes Tavdat ships products internationally to the US. Under US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations, packages with a declared value under $800 USD are exempt from import duties (De Minimis value). As a result, standard orders will not incur additional customs charges. However, in the rare event that any unforeseen customs duties or handling fees are applied upon entry to the US, the customer is the importer of record and is responsible for these charges.
6. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the US carrier’s system (e.g., USPS, FedEx, or local courier).
7. Address Accuracy Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. If you realize you have entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us immediately at support@tavdat.com.

We can only update shipping addresses before the order has entered the fulfillment stage. Once an order is processed or shipped, we cannot reroute the package.
8. Lost or Missing Packages If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. If your shipment experiences a significant transit delay beyond our estimated 12-business-day window, please reach out to our support team so we can open an investigation with our logistics partners.
